Juliette is the founder and lead planner of Smith's Prime Weddings & Events, a boutique wedding planning and design studio serving clients throughout Connecticut, the New York Metropolitan Area, South Florida and destination locations across the United States, the Caribbean, and Europe.

 

Juliette's passion for hospitality and event planning began early through hands-on exposure to family-owned businesses, where she developed an appreciation for the planning, coordination, and behind-the-scenes details that create exceptional guest experiences.

 

Early in her career, she worked alongside the owner of a respected event planning firm in the Northeast, supporting the planning and coordination of weddings and events while gaining valuable experience in event logistics, timelines, vendor management and on-site execution.

 

At the same time, Juliette built a successful career in financial services, estate planning, and auditing. Working across both industries allowed her to develop a distinctive skill set that blends creativity with structure, thoughtful design with meticulous execution, and exceptional client service with operational excellence. A four-time published author, she brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every project she undertakes.

 

Today, Juliette brings that unique combination of experience to every event she leads. She has planned and coordinated several weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations throughout Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, California, the Caribbean, and Greece. Known for her calm presence, thoughtful guidance, and meticulous attention to detail, she works closely with clients and vendor teams to create events that feel elevated, intentional, and seamlessly executed.

 

Whether providing comprehensive planning support or expert event day-of-coordination, Juliette is committed to ensuring each celebration is thoughtfully planned, beautifully designed, and flawlessly managed from beginning to end.

 

Outside of event planning, she enjoys traveling, writing and spending time with her husband and family.
